Mr. Van Ee serves as lead trial counsel in complex commercial litigation matters involving contract, negligence, breach of warranty and related legal theories. With a team of dedicated professionals he executes all aspects of State and Federal litigation including pre-suit dispute resolution, pleading, discovery, motion, settlement, trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement proceedings. He has achieved positive outcomes in hundreds of business disputes. Mr. Van Ee has worked at some of the largest and most respected law firms, including Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., Dewey & LeBoeuf, L.L.P., and Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, P.C.

The Law Offices of Jonathan Van Ee assists businesses in a wide variety of corporate matters including business formation, contracts with key employees, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and compliance issues. Mr. Van Ee’s deep roots to Silicon Valley date back to his days as a corporate associate working on venture capital financings of high tech startups at Wilson, Sonsini.
